Hi, I'm Kim!
I've been decorating cookies since 2019. Every set is rolled, baked and hand decorated in my home kitchen in the Greenville area of South Carolina, just for your celebration.
Cookie Jar Kim is a home-based food business under South Carolina law (S.C. Code § 44-1-143).
PROCESSED AND PREPARED BY A HOME-BASED FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATION THAT IS NOT SUBJECT TO SOUTH CAROLINA'S FOOD SAFETY REGULATIONS.
Contains wheat, egg and milk (butter, cream cheese). Flavored with almond extract. Iced cookies: royal icing adds egg (meringue powder) and, when almond extract is used, tree nuts (almond). Made in a home kitchen that may handle other allergens. Pickup and meetups in South Carolina only; no shipping.
My birthday cookies were amazing !!! She nailed the design , colors, taste .. you name it ! I never had cookies like that before and she really made my vision come to life !! Can’t wait to order from her again !!!
Kim made some Moana themed cookies for our daughters second birthday and they were out of this world! The amount of detail that went into each individual cookies was absolutely amazing and they tasted even better than they looked. Everyone at the party raves about how beautiful the cookies were and how delicious they all tasted! I can’t speak highly enough about her work! Your party definitely need these cookies 😊
Beautiful and DELICIOUS cookies! We ordered our cookies for our daughter’s 1st birthday party, which was unfortunately cancelled due to quarantine for COVID-19. Kim was very accommodating to our requests and increase in order with short notice. Very friendly, and came in the cutest packaging. Highly recommend Kim for your cookie needs!

Order policies
How far ahead should I order?
Book 1–2 months ahead when you can. Holiday and graduation dates fill fast! Short on time? Ask. Orders with less than 2 weeks' notice are rush orders: +$15 per dozen, only if my calendar allows. I can't take orders with less than 72 hours' notice.
How do I pay?
Once I confirm your order, I'll send you a Square invoice (card, Apple Pay or Google Pay) or a Venmo request, whichever you prefer. Payment in full books your date. Quotes are held for 48 hours. I don't buy supplies or start baking until payment comes in.
Pickup, meetups & delivery
I don't deliver to homes. All handoffs are at public spots, and I'll text you the exact time and place about 2 days ahead.
- Duncan pickup: free, at Starbucks, 1513 E Main St, Duncan
- Greenville-area meetup (Greenville, Greer, Spartanburg): $10
- Farther out: $20, if my schedule allows
I'll wait 15 minutes. A missed meetup can be rescheduled if I'm available, and the meetup fee applies again. I don't ship, and all orders stay in South Carolina.
Changing my design or date
Small tweaks (wording, colors, quantity) are welcome up to 14 days before your date. After that, your design is final.
Plans change! With 14+ days' notice, I'll move your order once, free, if the new date is open. If it isn't, your payment becomes a credit good for 6 months.
Cancellations & refunds
- 30+ days before your date: full refund, minus anything I've already bought just for your set (like a custom cutter).
- 14–29 days before: a 50% refund, or a 100% credit toward a future order within 6 months. You pick.
- Less than 14 days before: no refund. Your custom icings are already mixed and can't be reused. Your cookies will still be made, and they freeze beautifully.
If a family emergency or illness keeps me from finishing your order, I'll tell you right away and give you a full refund, or a new date if you'd rather.
Allergens & ingredients
Contains wheat, egg and milk (butter, cream cheese). Flavored with almond extract.
Iced cookies: royal icing adds egg (meringue powder) and, when almond extract is used, tree nuts (almond).
Cookie: King Arthur flour, eggs, vanilla extract, vanilla bean paste, almond extract, butter, salt, baking soda, cream cheese.
Royal icing: powdered sugar, meringue powder, Karo syrup, water, vanilla extract, almond extract (sometimes), gel food coloring (varies by design and shade).
Made in a home kitchen that may handle other allergens. Please tell me about any allergies before you order.
Once they're yours
Keep cookies cool, dry and flat in the car. If something isn't right, send me a photo within 24 hours of pickup and we'll make it right.
